After passing the NCLEX-RN or CGFNS and the next step is the processing of immigrant visas for RN and family (children over 21 years excluded).
Two key documents at this stage are:
1st Evidence from a U.S. based employer who is the importer for their immigration visas. RN Recruitment Agency moves to this position.
2nd Visa Screen Certificate (VSC): This document was issued by ICHP (International Commission on Health Professional), a division of CGFNS.
Acquisition requires VSC has the required English test, check for new UC RN license passed the verification of initial RN license, a copy of RN training, college education or university transcript (s) and secondary school certificates / transcripts .
The above documents should be sent directly to / CGFNS ICHP name of the issuing authority.
RN Recruitment Agency / employer goes forward to the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service) application for an immigrant visa for you and your recipient.
