Stroke

Stroke is a term that refers to the functional disorders of the central nervous system, used in the normal blood flow to the affected brains occurs because a blood clot or rupture of blood vessels and vital brain tissue dies. Stroke, a series of strokes.

Symptoms of stroke usually develop within minutes or hours, but after a few days. Depending on the location, causes and extent of the damage, or any rights symptoms may be present in a certain degree of seriousness. More severe cases can cause a rapid loss of consciousness, coma and death or serious physical or mental disability.

Hemiplegia - paralysis or weakness on one side of the body is one of the most common consequences of stroke.

Risk factors:

Age
High blood pressure - a weakened vessel wall
Atherosclerosis - narrowed arteries Channels
Cardiovascular disease - either precipitate a place in my heart breaking and migrate to the brains.
Diabetes mellitus - a rapid deterioration of small blood vessels
Smoking - increases the risk ofhypertension
Polycythemia - increased levels of red blood cells.
Hyperlipidaemia - a high level of fatty substances in the blood
